Our promise to you and how we won't let you down.
Individual's data and the storing of is a hot topic what with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation coming into force in May 2018. But it is a good thing as it makes us all feeler safer knowing our data is less likely to be abused. It's also help reduce everyone's volume of spam emails too! We make you this promise, that the small amount of data we obtain from you during registration is safe.
For the challenge to even get off the ground we require players and to be able to successfully administrate the event we need some of your personal details, these being your name, phone number and email address. Nothing more, nothing less. We need this information so that we can set you up on our playing rota and so that we can email you with your registration joining instructions. Nothing more. We will also email you with some event updates but this will certainly be in your interests to receive!

Of course we all have rights these days and you can send us a written request to show you how we store your data (in this case it's stored via the Wix.com servers) and have it deleted if you want. Wix.com's privacy policy can be seen by clicking here

We are not affiliated with any other organisation therefore nobody else can access your data. If someone did ask us for it we'd legally be required to get your permission in the first instance anyway.

The payment element of the registration process is handled by a 3rd party web app called POWr who use PayPal encryption technology to ensure your payment is processed safely and securely.
